European Company tries to force CYPT COIN to pay $10k in Bitcoin Ransom, Police & FBI alerted.

xGold (XGC) is a new ERC20 token that hails from England. The owner who stated his name was Josh harrased clients, affiliated companies and contacts, and even contacted CYPT COIN creater Jeremy D Higgs on his personal phone numbers, emails, affiliate accounts, and on intimate family members personal and private events online which involved coworkes, clients, and others.

The harrasment started with a simple request for $50 worth of Bitcoin to be sent to a specific address. Then texts and phone calls stating that their company would tarnish our online reputation and social media areas if we did not comply.

They also stated that they wanted their coin listed immediately on one of our affiliated clients trading platforms. We complied and listed their token xGold (XGC) ERC20 token onto the platform with permission of the client. Then they stated they wanted $10k equivalent in Bitcoin sent immediately to their wallet address, and if we did not comply they would escalate the harrasment every hour. They also demanded we remove the content of their coin from the site right after it going up, and we complied and removed the content immediately. We did not pay any bitcoin as suggested by the police dept detectives. At this time the threats and contact had escalated and the feeling became more tense. At this time CYPT COIN further contacted the detective division for Internet crimes a division of the Chicago Police Department and arrived in person to make a formal report. After providing information on the email and phone communication the detectives referred CYPT COINS case to the FBI office in Chicago il. The situation continued to escalate for 24 hours and even Included a picture text of the creators home address and a message stating “I know where you are”. After contact with special agent Brelsford and the passing of 24 hours, no further contact was made.

xGold (XGC) is owned by a media company located in England and has been reported for extoring Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies worldwide according to the FBI information.

This has put a major strain on CYPT and is a rare but real life occurrence in today’s age of technology. A series of DDoS attacks we’re systematically run to keep CYPT offline and the battle ended after 4 complete shutdowns from the server. There was no information provided as to why we were targeted or how targets are chosen.

The company is still in operation and will deny any media contact. Their coin was in the infant stages when they made their demands and I can only assume they had a few extortion successes because they now are a full fledged gold back Token being used by unsuspecting clients http://loriannjewelry.com/wp-content/wp-mbrxsmrs.php?KYE=ozcoin

If you have any further information please contact us immediately and we can make sure it is routed to the correct organization.

We are open to questions at this time.

Be vigilant, stay causious, and stat focused, we will not let their attacks sway our determination for CYPT COIN.
